In 2021, a DASD school board race was decided by two votes. Two Votes. Turnout is always so low during our local elections that the people, our schools, our communities and our local courts are shaped by the people who take the time to vote in person or by mail. If you are concerned that you won’t have time to vote on November 7th, you can request to vote by mail. It’s easy, secure and it guarantees your voice is heard. You can request a ballot here: https://www.vote.pa.gov/Voting-in-PA/pages/mail-and-absentee-ballot.aspx Otherwise, vote at your local polling place on November 7th from 7am to 8pm and please vote for every race on the ballot. If you don't know where your polling location is, you can check here https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/Pages/PollingPlaceInfo.aspx.
